Job summary

EAB is seeking an Associate Creative Director to help lead and grow Hybrid’s U.S. creative offering in Philadelphia. You will work closely with the Executive Creative Director and Art Director to shape creative strategies, deliver top-tier brand and campaign work, and grow the Philadelphia creative team.

In this client-facing role you will pitch, build client relationships, and collaborate with global colleagues to deliver compelling work for higher education partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the creative industry.
• Strong graphic design, branding, typography and problem solving.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing projects end-to-end.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Hybrid’s U.S. creative offering with the ED and Art Director.
• Develop strategic creative direction across brands and campaigns.
• Pitch ideas in new business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality work.
• Oversee project delivery, resource prioritization and design quality.
