Hybrid, a division of EAB, is hiring an Associate Creative Director to lead and grow its U.S. creative offering in a hybrid setup in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include shaping strategy across brands, delivering high-quality work, and mentoring the Philadelphia team. The role requires 6+ years in the creative industry, strong design and branding skills, and proven leadership and client-facing abilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the creative industry.
• Strong graphic design skills with branding, design, and typography expertise.
• Experience developing creative work across brands and campaigns.
• Experience leading creative teams and overseeing projects from concept to completion.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to explain ideas and build client rapport.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support winning and delivering U.S. creative work for higher education partners and contribute to new business pitches.
• Partner with the Executive Creative Director to shape Hybrid’s U.S. creative offering and grow the Philadelphia team.
• Set strategic creative direction across brands and campaigns from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with the global creative team to deliver high-quality work and foster a collaborative culture.
• Manage, motivate, and support creative team members with clear direction and feedback.
• Work with accounts and leadership to prioritize workloads, coordinate resources, and oversee delivery.
• Review and approve work for design quality, accuracy, and production feasibility.
• Cultivate and maintain key client relationships with the Executive Creative Director and Director of Accounts.
