Hybrid, a division of EAB, seeks an Associate Creative Director to help lead and grow its U.S. creative offering and support the Philadelphia creative team in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Win and deliver U.S. creative work for higher education partners, including presenting ideas and participating in new business pitches
- Collaborate with the Executive Creative Director to develop Hybrid’s U.S. creative offering and support Philadelphia team growth
- Provide strategic creative direction across brands and campaigns, guiding work from initial concept through completion
- Partner with the global creative team to deliver high-quality work and build a collaborative creative culture in Philadelphia
- Manage, motivate, and support creative team members with clear direction and constructive feedback
- Work with account and creative leadership to prioritize workloads, coordinate resources, and oversee project delivery
- Review and approve creative work for design quality, accuracy, attention to detail, and production feasibility
- Cultivate and maintain key client relationships in partnership with the Executive Creative Director and Director of Accounts
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the creative industry
- Strong graphic design skills plus in-depth knowledge of branding, design, typography, and creative problem-solving
- Experience developing creative work across brands and campaigns
- Experience leading creative teams and overseeing projects from concept through completion
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain creative ideas and build rapport with clients
- Ability to collaborate across teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain close attention to detail

- Experience working with motion design, video, or other digital storytelling formats
