EPITEC seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel to support a major automotive client. The role focuses on advising on commercial, product, and technology-driven legal matters, including negotiating licensing and vendor agreements, drafting NDAs, and supporting data privacy compliance.

The successful candidate will guide AI and emerging technologies considerations and advise on employment law matters. Hybrid work in Ann Arbor, MI (3 days onsite); open to GA or CA.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience in commercial contracting and tech transactions.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into business-focused advice.
