EPITEC is seeking an early-career Associate Corporate Counsel to join an automotive client's legal team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will advise on commercial, product and technology-driven matters, and negotiate technology-related agreements including licensing, vendor contracts, and NDAs.

The role also covers IP and data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), supports litigation and employment law matters, and provides guidance on AI and emerging technology risks.

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
