Job summary

Aditi Consulting seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel in Sunnyvale, CA to support commercial contracts, tech transactions, IP, data privacy, and AI initiatives. You will partner with engineering and product teams, negotiate complex agreements, and advise on regulatory compliance.

Required: a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, 2–4 years of practice, and good standing with at least one state bar (CA, MI or GA preferred).

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Degree from an accredited law school.
• Current good standing with at least one state bar (CA, MI, or GA preferred).
• Experience in tech, automotive, or engineering industries is highly desirable.
• Experience with AI and autonomous vehicles is desirable.
