Job summary

EPITEC seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel to support a major automotive client. The role focuses on advising on commercial, product, and technology-driven legal matters, including negotiating licensing and vendor agreements, drafting NDAs, and supporting data privacy compliance.

The successful candidate will guide AI and emerging technologies considerations and advise on employment law matters. Hybrid work in Ann Arbor, MI (3 days onsite); open to GA or CA.

Qualifications
