ING Americas seeks an analytical Financial Reporting Associate in New York to connect complex global banking products with a global organization. You will leverage advanced data analysis and BI tools to modernize wholesale banking financial, regulatory, and liquidity reporting workflows.

The role operates on a hybrid model with at least two onsite days per week at the NYC office. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in financial/regulatory reporting, IFRS/ECB familiarity, and a CPA or equivalent

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in financial reporting or regulatory reporting.
• Familiar with IFRS and ECB reporting (FINREP, LCR DA, ECB Stress Testing).
• US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Reporting delivery: Prepare and review end-to-end production of Head-Office Consolidated Financials and ECB Regulatory Reporting.
• BI dashboard development: Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and data visualizations to transform raw accounting data into dynamic financial reports.
• Data-driven variance analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis of balance sheet, income statement, and off-balance sheet data.
• UAT & project testing: Participate in UAT and validation protocols for reporting infrastructure projects and migrations.
• Process optimization: Streamline reporting workflows by reducing reliance on manual spreadsheets and building clean data pipelines.
• Financial data ownership: Ensure data mappings are accurate, well-documented, and auditable.
• Stakeholder liaison: Collaborate across Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Front Office and auditors.
• Strategic advisory: Translate variance analyses into actionable recommendations for Senior Management.
