ING Bank in New York is seeking an analytical Financial Reporting Associate to join the Global Finance team. The role focuses on connecting complex global banking products to a robust reporting framework and leveraging BI tools to modernize reporting workflows.

The position operates on a hybrid model with a minimum of two onsite days per week at the New York City office, reporting to the Finance Department.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or banking accounting with data visualization focus.
• Strong IFRS and regulatory reporting knowledge; US GAAP a plus.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and data modeling.
• Ability to translate variance analyses into actionable insights for senior management.

Responsabilités

• Prepare end-to-end production of consolidated financials and regulatory reports.
• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards from core ledgers into financial reports.
• Perform variance analysis on balance sheet and income statements.
• Participate in UAT and validation for reporting projects and migrations.
• Streamline reporting workflows and automate data validation checks.
• Own the quality and audit trail of financial reports.
