Job summary

ING Americas in New York is seeking a Finance Associate to monitor the financial targets and help guide the business toward its commercial strategy. You will partner with FM Management, traders, and cross-functional teams to drive accurate reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Python. Certification Series 7/63/99 is preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years in finance reporting or control.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
Certification Series 7, 63, or 99 preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a business partner with FM Management, traders and support teams.
Develop and refine financial reporting (actuals/rolling forecast).
Dynamic planning (budget) aligned to global targets and local initiatives.
Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and analyze financial results; understand income, expenses & balance sheet movements.
Produce quarterly forecasts and monthly reviews with FM leaders.
Present trading performance, market trends and business development activities.
Collaborate with Regulatory to ensure alignment with changes.
