You will manage a diverse Georgia-based caseload, communicate with clients, research contract and consumer law, and travel for in-court appearances. Ideal candidates are admitted in Georgia, have at least one year of experience, and

Qualifikationen

• Must be admitted to practice law in Georgia.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and manage a heavy Georgia-based caseload.
• Communicate with clients regarding matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Review and draft agreements; assist with filings.
• Liaise with opposing parties to resolve claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer law; travel for in-court appearances.
