Job summary

Qualifications

• GA bar admission required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience at a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the firm’s clients in GA.
• Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.
• Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Legal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law.

This is a hybird role in GA. You must live in GA and MUST BE admitted to practice law in GA.There office is near the Braves stadium and it is 3 days a week on site.

**there are no billable hours and this is a strictly 40 hour per week role**

This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.

You will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court.
