You will oversee litigation cases, draft and review contracts, draft pleadings, and conduct legal research to support claims and client goals. The position is a full-time, 40-hour week role with no billable hours.

Qualificações

• GA bar admission required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience at a law firm.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the firm’s clients in GA.
• Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.
• Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Legal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law.
