Randa Apparel & Accessories in Rosemont, IL is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support account relationships and sales operations. The role is hybrid (in-office Mon-Wed, remote Thu-Fri) with a salary range of $57,000 to $65,000 per year.

Responsibilities include assisting Account Executives, maintaining tracking reports, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating with E-Commerce and other departments to drive product sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree/experience.
• 0-2 years of Sales or Buying experience, internships included.
• Retail buying office or vendor/wholesale industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Director Account Executives with client management and sales operations.
• Maintain tracking reports (e.g. Open Orders, Shipment summaries, customer selling) to help management uncover trends.
• Prepare meeting prep documents including selling reports binders and product samples; may attend client meetings and document notes.
• Execute daily sales functions including preparing internal production orders to begin the ‘go to market’ process of bringing product to stores.
• Communicate and update clients with order status and resolve issues with Distribution Centers and other departments.
