Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the real estate development team with administrative and technical services for new developments, relocations, and rehabilitation of housing projects. This is a project-based role with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities include preparing notices, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, attending project meetings, and producing reports and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Planning, Communications, or related field.
• One (1) year of demonstrated experience in related work.
• Experience in low-income housing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create, compose, and prepare correspondence and notices.
• Write and edit materials using Word and Excel; independently manage administrative functions for division/site.
• Schedule and confirm meetings, conference calls, and meeting spaces.
• Attend project meetings with consultants, tenants, and stakeholders; take notes and support logistics of community meetings.
• Assist with tenant/project files or database; produce reports and maintain confidential materials.
• Prepare check requests, invoicing, contracts, division plans and budgets/proformas for review by manager.
• Prepare project financial analysis, narratives and proposals for funding.
• Perform other tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the division/site and other activities.
