Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to provide administrative and technical services to the real estate development team for new development, relocation/community development, and rehabilitation of housing projects. The role is project-based and eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Pay is $26.00 - $35.00/hour DOE. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Planning, Communications, or related field and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Planning, Communications, or related field.
• One (1) year of demonstrated experience in related work.

Responsibilities

• Create, compose, and prepare correspondence, including tenant/community notices, and distribute via fax, mail, or email.
• Write and edit materials using Word and Excel; manage administrative functions for division/site.
• Schedule and confirm meetings, conference calls, and meeting spaces.
• Attend project meetings with consultants, tenants, and stakeholders; take notes and support logistics of community meetings.
