Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Project Engineer in Construction Project Management to support the Special Projects team across multiple sites including Santa Clara, Sparks, NV, San Antonio, TX and Reno, NV under a flexible in-office schedule.

The role requires a BS in CM/Engineering/Architecture or equivalent, 5+ years of PM construction experience, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, P6, Procore and Bluebeam; up to 10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years as a Project Engineer in Construction PM with increasing complexity.
• Data Center / Owner’s Rep or General Contractor experience preferred.
• CSA/MEP construction management experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office and PM tools (MS Project, P6, Procore, Bluebeam).
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium projects under supervision of Senior PM.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, drawings and safety reporting.
• Lead meetings (OAC, coordination, stakeholder) and drive actions to closure.
• Track progress via logs, site inspections and QA/QC.
• Assist in monthly financial updates and forecasts.
