Job summary

Oceaneering is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support the Project Manager in coordinating project execution, monitoring controls, and ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule and quality baselines. This role involves schedule control, cost budgeting, and stakeholder communications in a hybrid (remote/office) setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2–3 years of PM experience in a technical environment, and the ability to obtain/maintain security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PM experience in a technical field.
• 2–3 years of project management in a matrix environment.
• PMP/CAPM certification or achievable within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scope definition and work breakdown structure.
• Coordinate cost estimating and budgeting processes.
• Prepare and maintain baseline and working project schedules.
• Communicate project information to stakeholders and disseminate key information.
