Job summary

Oceaneering is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex maritime programs, aligning safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and business ethics with Oceaneering values. You will apply program management disciplines to govern scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks and procurement, guiding cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and strategic objectives.

Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline required.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience in shipboard systems or maritime operations.
• Top Secret clearance required; PMP/CAPM or Govt equivalent within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage core elements of program integration: scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks, procurement and stakeholders.
• Lead a team of project managers and assign tasks per the program plan.
• Develop deadlines, budgets and activities; monitor performance and ROI.
• Apply change, risk and resource management; coordinate cross-project activities.
• Prepare reports for program directors and collaborate with Business Development.
