Riverside Community Care is seeking an Assistant Program Director for our Community Behavioral Health Center in Norwood. The APD will oversee the CBHC Component Service and Outpatient Program, supervise team leaders, and ensure quality care within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, data-informed decision making, and staff development, with a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 remote) and full-time 40 hours weekly.

Formación

• Independent Licensure required: LMHC, LICSW or LMFT.
• Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week and a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsabilidades

• Manages ongoing treatment and services of the CBHC Component Service and Outpatient Program.
• Supervises CBHC team managers and outpatient supervisor(s).
• Provides consultation and group supervision to multidisciplinary staff.
• Leads staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance for hours of operation.
