Riverside Community Care's Norwood CBHC program is hiring an Assistant Program Director to lead the outpatient and CBHC components. The role requires independent licensure (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT) and overseeing a multidisciplinary team across clinical and support roles in a dynamic care setting.

The APD will supervise managers and the Outpatient supervisor, ensure regulatory staffing, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

• Independent Licensure Required - LMHC, LICSW or LMFT

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes data to make informed programmatic decisions.
• Actively participates in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives for program quality and access to care improvement.
• Ensures staffing patterns are scheduled and staffed according to regulation for all hours of operation.
• Maintains clinical leadership and direction in providing program services in an appropriate and time effective manner, including integration of medical health and behavioral health.
• Provides consultation and group supervision to multidisciplinary team, inclusive of clinicians, prescribers, peers, nurses, case managers, administrative staff, and other positions as indicated.
