Riverside Community Care is seeking a compassionate Assistant Program Director to lead the CBHC component and outpatient program in Norwood. The role oversees treatment teams, ensures quality, and coordinates services across disciplines.

Hybrid, full-time position with 4 days in the office and 1 remote. Requires LMHC/LICSW/LMFT licensure, 3+ years in supervisory roles, and 5+ years clinical experience in a multidisciplinary setting. Salary around $92,881.56 with strong benefits.

Formación

• Master's Degree in a clinical mental health related discipline and independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) required (must be 3 years post independent licensure).
• Five years clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary health setting required.
• Three years experience in managerial/supervisory or administrative role in a similar mental health setting required.
• Experience with youth/families, adults with SMI, and SUD (including MAT) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise CBHC treatment team managers and Outpatient supervisor(s).
• Directs ongoing treatment and services; ensure adherence to CBHC mission and integration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Use data to guide program decisions and participate in CQI initiatives for access to care and quality.
• Plan staffing patterns and ensure appropriate coverage for all hours of operation.
• Provide clinical leadership and group supervision to multidisciplinary staff.
