Riverside Community Care is seeking a Co-Occurring Clinician to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team. The role includes direct clinical assessment and psychotherapy for clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns in a hybrid outpatient setting.

The position emphasizes an integrated team approach and development of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with CBHC teammates, including recovery coaches, nursing, and psychiatry.

• Provide direct clinical assessment and psychotherapy for consumers with co-occurring (substance use and mental health) concerns.
• Facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan with CBHC services provided by recovery coaches, recovery support coordinators, nursing, and psychiatry.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for psychotherapy needs and coordinate all CBHC team components with the consumer.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical assessment and psychotherapy for clients with co-occurring disorders.
• Coordinate care plans with CBHC team members including Recovery Coaches, Recovery Support Coordinators, nursing, and psychiatry.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and service plans for integrated care.
