Charles River Community Health (CRCH) seeks an Associate Director of Behavioral Health to provide clinical and operational leadership within our Behavioral Health and Psychiatry Department at two MA locations: Brighton and Waltham. The role combines direct clinical care with administrative leadership in a 60/40 split.

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health discipline.
• Current independent MA behavioral health licensure (LICSW, LMHC, psychologist, or equivalent) required. LICSW or Psychologist preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in outpatient behavioral health or integrated primary care setting.
• Experience with clinical supervision, mentorship, or staff management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision to Behavioral Health clinicians, interns, and staff.
• Provide clinical consultation and mentorship on complex cases, risk assessment, and treatment planning.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing development of new hires.
• Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive, developmentally appropriate care.
• Lead quality assurance activities like chart review and documentation standards.
• Participate in departmental and organizational meetings and initiatives.
• Maintain a blended 60% clinical and 40% administrative workload as assigned.
• Deliver integrated behavioral health/primary care services and coordinate care across teams.
