Job summary

Brown University’s U-FLi Center seeks an Assistant Director to lead the Kessler Scholars Program, guiding day-to-day operations, multi-year cohort support, and alignment with campus partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership in higher education program administration, advising, and grant management.
• Experience with undocumented, low-income, and first-generation college students in an academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Kessler Scholars Program.
• Manage multi-year grant funds, reporting, and donor stewardship.
• Represent Brown in the Kessler Scholars Collaborative and national convenings.
• Provide high-touch developmental advising and complex case management.
• Collaborate with Academic Advising Deans, Campus Life, and partners to align programs.
