Job summary

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of progressive leadership in higher education program administration and grant management.
  • Experience working with undocumented, low-income, and first‑generation college students in an academic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Kessler Scholars Program.
  • Oversee grant management, budget oversight, and donor stewardship.
  • Serve as primary liaison to Academic Advising Deans, Campus Life, and University partners.
  • Develop and implement programs; train and supervise staff and peer mentors.
  • Represent Brown to external national networks and conferences.
