University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) URC-HASS invites applications for the Assistant Director role. The position oversees URFP, URSP, DRF, SRI, and related programs, teaches introductory research courses, and develops workshops.

• University-level teaching experience required.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating educational, research, or student development programs.
• Strong advising and mentoring skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple programs and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Administer URFP, URSP, DRF, and SRI programs; recruit and advise students.
• Teach RP 103: Student Research Forum and develop workshops.
• Supervise 5–12 undergraduate and graduate workers; coordinate campus events.
• Collaborate with URC-HASS Director and campus partners on program evaluation.
• Coordinate and oversee major events (Bruin Day/Transfer Bruin Day) and the URC-HASS portal.
