This role focuses on providing foundational and applied career services and ensures access to strong, consistent support across graduate programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in HR, career services, recruiting, or related field.
• Experience advising graduate students and providing professional development.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Preferred: Master's degree in business, higher education, counseling, or related field.
• Experience with graduate business students or international students is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide career and professional development support for graduate business students.
• Develop resumes, LinkedIn profiles, interview prep, and job-search skills.
• Design and implement career-readiness programming across programs.
• Ensure access to consistent, scalable services across graduate programs.
