Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in human resources, career services, recruiting, or related field.
• Experience advising graduate students.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad-based career and professional development support for graduate business students.
• Lead resume/LinkedIn development, interviewing, job-search skills, and negotiation preparation.
• Deliver scalable career-readiness services across graduate programs.
