Qualifications

• 3+ years in testing and commissioning on utility-scale electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, transformers, and infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing project teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive issue resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project commissioning team with guidance and support.
• Report daily status of each project to the Commissioning Manager.
• Develop and review commissioning plans, procedures, and milestones.
• Coordinate with OEMs on equipment testing and commissioning activities.
• Align with engineering, construction, and QA teams on commissioning tasks.
• Develop integration testing schedules and update weekly.
• Create commissioning resource plans and ensure readiness.
• Oversee pre-commissioning, cold, warm, and hot testing across BESS, HV, PV assets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, standards, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare daily commissioning reports and document issues and corrective actions.
