Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex client cases, account issues, operational exceptions, and non-routine inquiries; identify root causes and timelines.
• Answer telephone and email inquiries, directing complex matters to colleagues when needed; initiate internal/external contact for information.
• Produce and update documents, databases, and other departmental systems; manage budgeting and time/expense records.
• Handle client service activities, including cases and inquiries that are complex or outside the norm.
