Job summary

Raymond James & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Account Transfer Associate to facilitate external transfer of client assets, review documents, and resolve issues with a client-first mindset. The role supports internal associates and Financial Advisors, providing professional service and data accuracy.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days in St. Petersburg, FL three days per week, and a mandatory on-site training during the first 30 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• High School diploma required.
• 4–6 months general experience.
• Hybrid work model with in-office days 3 per week in St. Petersburg, FL.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve client transfer requests to and from contra firms.
• Verify required legal documents with client-signed paperwork.
• Enter data into branch systems and maintain records.
• Provide basic client support and escalate complex matters.
• Organize work schedule to meet changing priorities.
