Qualifications

• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial operations

Responsibilities

• Review and approve client transfer requests to/from contra firms.
• Verify all necessary legal documents accompanying client signed forms.
• Enter and review data in branch systems for accuracy and accessibility.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or mail and route complex matters.
• Maintain files and records and organize daily work schedule.
