The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days at the Southfield, MI Corporate Office (3 days per week, ~12 days monthly). Onsite training required for first 30 days (Mon-Thu).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
• Experience in client services or financial operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve client requests to transfer accounts between firms.
• Verify documentation and legitimacy of transfer requests.
• Enter and review data across standard branch systems for accuracy.
• Provide basic client support and escalate complex issues as needed.
