Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for internal and external clients, including financial advisors and sales assistants.
• Independently process and answer questions on moderately complex issues with data-driven analysis.
• Identify root causes of complex problems and implement practical solutions.
• Provide mentoring and training support for less experienced associates.
• Support department workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Process regulatory reports and assist in resolving account issues.
• Lead and coach others, and provide cross-training as needed.
• Maintain documentation and records of client requests and actions.
• Handle customer service cases and inquiries, including complex or unusual requests.
• Respond to calls and emails, directing complex matters to colleagues when necessary.
