Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience with a 4 year degree, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience analyzing inventory, product life cycles, and market trends.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop and execute inventory plans and product life cycles.
• Manage staff including development, hiring, performance reviews.
• Establish and maintain purchasing/inventory processes
• Participate in asset/inventory business plan development and execution
• Assess risks/opportunities from channel trends to seize segment opportunities
• Build professional relationships with suppliers and internal providers
