Job summary

Community Roots Housing is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable multifamily properties in the Seattle area. You will review financial performance, develop asset management plans, and collaborate with property management and finance teams to sustain mission-fit operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• Five years in financial analysis, asset management or related work.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with MRI IC, RealPage or similar tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance of properties and develop improvement strategies.
• Create asset management plans aligned with funder requirements.
• Collaborate with property management, leasing, and compliance teams.
• Monitor regulatory and tax credit compliance within the asset portfolio.
• Support annual capital and property budgets and capital planning.
