Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Real Estate is required.
• Coursework or certifications in real estate finance, affordable housing, or tax credit programs (e.g., HCCP, NAHP) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of two years of professional financial analysis or real estate asset management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements and occupancy data for LIHTC and affordable housing properties.
• Maintain and update the asset management database (MRI) with financial and operational data.
• Prepare portfolio-level Watch List and investor reports; support owner meetings and fund-level reporting.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Compliance, and Tax to ensure accurate reporting metrics.
• Track capital calls, refinancing analyses, and development draw schedules; support transaction activities.
