Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate asset management with strong accounting and financial analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Asset Management, Accounting, and third-party Property Management teams.
• Analyze property and portfolio performance including NOI, occupancy, rent rolls, collections, and capex.
• Review monthly financial statements, accruals, and reporting for accuracy and consistency with operations.
• Lead budget-to-actual variance analysis, forecasting support, and financial performance reporting.
• Support financial reporting for affordable housing portfolios including LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8.
• Identify reporting discrepancies, strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and drive accountability across teams.
