Job summary

The candidate should have a BS in Architecture, 3+ years of experience, and strong BIM/Revit skills, with a willingness to mentor junior staff and adapt to multiple market sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in A/E industry.
• Proficiency in Revit required.
• Familiarity with building codes; LEED or sustainability credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Architect to ensure design and technical quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and other consultants using Revizto.
• Support the delivery of professional services as defined by the HED design process.
• Assist the Project Architect with directing staff and developing project delivery strategies.
• Understand the design intent and communicate it through documentation with limited direction.
• Assist with required code research for project assignments.
• Assist with material and product research for project development.
• Participate in internal/external project meetings as required.
• Coordinate with project team disciplines as needed by the project.
• Perform submittal reviews during bidding and construction administration.
• Manage technical reviews in Revizto through all project phases.
