OPENLANE is seeking an Arbitration Coordinator to support the arbitration team by routing new claims, collecting evidence, and coordinating resolutions with dealers and customers. You will ensure policy compliance and maintain clear communications throughout the process.

The role emphasizes data-driven review, attention to detail, and teamwork with Sales and Arbitration specialists to deliver timely case outcomes and high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Experience with dispute resolution or automotive, mechanical, or body shop environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication and report writing skills.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.

Responsabilidades

• Distribute new arbitration claims and handle incoming calls while assigning cases.
• Request and review evidence such as pictures, estimates, and witness statements from both parties.
• Follow up with dealers to remind them of arbitration rules and timelines.
• Investigate and coordinate resolution of arbitration claims submitted by customers.
• Interpret OPENLANE Terms and Conditions in a fair, impartial manner.
• Communicate with customers to discuss claim validity and options to improve experience.
