Job summary

Marketlab is seeking an AR Specialist to join the Account Receivable team within the Finance Department in a hybrid work environment. The role will handle payment applications for customers, including ACH/EFT, checks, wires, and credit card payments, and manage the shared AR inbox and customer portals.

Success requires attention to detail and strong time management to ensure timely processing. You will respond to inquiries by phone and email and support credits for tax exemptions and billing

• Strong accuracy in payment processing and data entry.
• Customer service mindset with professional communication.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in AR workflow.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process ACH/EFT, checks and wire transfers using Blackline.
• Accurately process customer credit card payments.
• Complete customer forms and manage portals.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Create and apply customer credits for sales tax exemptions and erroneous charges.
• Manage the shared Accounts Receivable email inbox and route emails for timely resolution.
