Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of AR/Billing/Invoicing experience.
• Excel - exporting data to excel (no vlookups, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collections: Send out statements to customers.
• Manage a select portfolio and maintain relationship via phone/email.
• Billing: Process paperwork for service jobs as instructed.
• Create service contracts and service orders for contract services.
• Process partner invoices and related paperwork.
• Assist in updating invoicing working instructions and handle inquiries.
