Nelson-Jameson, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the full order-to-cash process and manage a high-performing AR team.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Accounting to ensure disciplined credit management and strong customer relationships. This role emphasizes strengthening internal controls, driving process improvements, and modernizing AR operations with Nuvo and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Progressive AR, credit, or collections experience in B2B environment required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop AR team to elevate skills and capabilities.
• Oversee the full order-to-cash cycle including invoicing, billing accuracy, collections, and cash application.
• Own Nuvo credit management software; configure limits, monitor exposure, and train the team.
• Establish and track AR metrics (DSO, aging, collection effectiveness, cash flow).
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and adjust limits; manage terms as needed.
• Lead credit conversations with Sales and Customer Service; drive change and improvements.
