Responsabilités

• Analyze and reconcile customer deductions including trade promotions and pricing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, AP and Finance to resolve claims promptly.
• Validate deduction accuracy with backup like contracts and proofs of performance.
• Monitor trade spend accruals to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support month-end close through trade spend reconciliation and reporting.
• Assist audits with supporting documentation and process improvements.
