Job summary

A growing finance organization in New Jersey is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Trade Deductions Analyst. This role involves managing core accounts receivable functions, analyzing deduction trends, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the CPG industry, with a strong analytical mindset. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with a focus on teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of accounts receivable experience, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Familiarity with customer portals and trade deductions.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile daily cash receipts, supporting month-end activities.
• Process and resolve high-volume customer deductions with documentation.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other teams.
