Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in an Application Support role.
• Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
• Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
• Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to track and report issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business support for Citi applications, driving stability and efficiency.
• Maintain application systems in daily operations.
• Manage and support applications and their environments for stability and functionality.
• Perform start-of-day checks and regional handovers.
• Participate in application releases from development to production.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
• Escalate risks and issues to management with recommended actions.
• Liaise between users, traders, internal tech groups and vendors.
