Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Applications Analyst II to manage and support an assigned portfolio of clinical applications, focusing on timely incident resolution and project leadership. You will mentor junior staff and grow technical skills while aligning with industry best practices.

The role supports a portfolio of clinical apps across inpatient and ambulatory teams, including non-Epic solutions, with local travel and a hybrid work model in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, health informatics or related field required.
• Three or more years of experience in healthcare setting or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Configure, document, implement and test software/application solutions to meet end-user workflow requirements within system constraints.
• Monitor and resolve issues for enterprise applications, escalate to junior team members as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors or senior analysts to resolve issues, support upgrades, and plan enhancements for the portfolio.
• Lead functional, unit and user acceptance testing for new go-live events, upgrades, patches or enhancements.
• Lead small to medium projects and support large projects as a workflow SME following PMO processes.
• Design reports and prepare presentations on project activities and results as requested.
• Translate business requirements into build specifications with stakeholders.
