Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting custom, external-facing, or enterprise business applications.
• Experience as a primary operational support resource for critical business applications.
• Ability to develop deep functional expertise in priority platforms while supporting a broader portfolio.
• Experience with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field.
• Strong triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident coordination skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into practical support solutions and clear technical documentation.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Organization and time management with competing priorities.
• Experience creating training materials, procedures, knowledge base content.
• Working knowledge of application workflows, system integrations, user access.
• Ability to stay calm as escalation point during incidents.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support resource for internally developed, external-facing, and third-party applications.
• Triage, investigate, and coordinate resolution of incidents, service requests, defects per SLAs.
• Develop deep functional knowledge of supported workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, owners, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.
• Support testing, validation, release coordination, and operational readiness during projects.
• Document root causes, reproduction steps, business impact, and solutions for technical teams.
