BPM Tech is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a small, collaborative team. You will provide technical support across a business-critical booking software platform, handling queries from internal teams, customers and external users, mainly through Jira, email and a virtual agent.

In this role you’ll investigate issues, troubleshoot, coordinate with internal teams and third parties, and ensure fixes are completed and documented.
